  • What will be included in my item purchase?
    • Every item purchased will come in a soft grey velvet jewellery pouch, except for items specified in the product page. 
  • How much is shipping?

    • International shipping will be air-freight and with tracking number.
    • How many days will my item arrive?
      • There will be 3 working days to process and pack your order upon confirmed payment. This is in addition to the delivery time to take depending on your shipping method.
      • If there is any urgency to receive your order, please leave us a note in the order form and we will try our best to expedite it.

      • Why is my order cancelled? 
        • If we did not receive a notification for your order payment within 24 hours, your order will be automatically cancelled and the stock will be released for other customers. 
      • I lost the PayNow details, what is it? 
        • Paynow to UEN number is 53405360B or bank transfer to our DBS Business Bank Account 072 019 0920

        • For overseas transfers, we recommend to use Shopify Pay or msg us on Instagram for bank details. 
        • We will only process your order once you notify us of your payment transaction. Do send us the proof of payment with order #, via DM on our instagram @ladynjewelry or email at contact@ladynjewelry.com
      • I received an email notification saying my order is fulfilled and is on the way. What does this mean? 
        • This means that your item is packed and ready to be shipped out. Please take note that your item will be shipped within the 3 working days as part of our fulfillment process. 
      • What if my item is lost in mail?
        • We are terribly sorry that this happens to you. Please send us an email at contact@ladynjewelry.com to check if the mail has been bounced back. We do recommend opting Registered mail/Smartpac.
        • Do you ship overseas?
          • Yes we do! We ship to Malaysia, Brunei and Australia.
          • For outside of abovementioned countries, please send us an email at contact@ladynjewelry.com for a postage quotation before placing an order.
          • My item is damaged or has a defect, what should I do?
            • If it is found damaged/faulty within 7 days upon receiving the item, we can offer you a store credit. Do send us an email at contact@ladynjewelry.com
            • I am interested to do a collaboration with you, what should I do?
              • We are definitely open to do collaborations and work with local entrepreneurs, do drop us an email at marketing@ladynjewelry.com
              • When and where is your next pop-up stall?
                • Do keep a look out on our instagram @ladynjewelry for latest updates.
                • Do you do back orders for out of stock items?
                  • Some, yes! Do send us an email with the item of interest.

                  • Yes, we are in fact looking for interested parties as home or agent re-sellers. We will offer a simple profitable package which helps you earn some side income too!
